Kryxana tablets contain the active ingredient ribociclib succinate, equivalent to 200 mg of ribociclib, which is a targeted cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor. The tablet's core is composed of inactive ingredients including microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone type A, low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, magnesium stearate, and colloidal anhydrous silica. The film-coating is made of iron oxide black, iron oxide red, soya lecithin (E322), polyvinyl alcohol (partially hydrolyzed), talc, titanium dioxide, and xanthan gum. The presence of soya lecithin means individuals with peanut or soya allergies should not use this medication.
